MOKA FP high-fat powders
MOKA FP high-fat powders are a group of instant products with high vegetable fat content (70-80 %). They are created using a modern technology known as spray drying, which makes it possible to obtain properly emulsified fat which is bonded with the medium. Our high-fat powders are enriched with milk proteins and other functional additives that affect their application properties.
